Thanks for shopping with Etowntec Gaming. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping options, rates, processing times, and what to do if there's an issue with your delivery.


Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States and Canada. Additional international destinations may be added in the future.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $8.00 flat rate
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $20.00 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $50+ (after discounts, before taxes, where applicable)

International (Canada)

  • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $12.99
  • Priority Shipping (5–8 business days): $24.99

Delivery estimates are after processing and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control may impact delivery times.


Carriers

Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on order size, destination, and best available service. International orders ship via USPS.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folder.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Etowntec Gaming is not responsible for packages:

  • Delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, or
  • Delayed or returned due to incomplete or invalid address details

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


International Orders — Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

Etowntec Gaming ships all international orders DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Etowntec Gaming has no control over customs processing times or fees. Customs delays are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund or cancellation once an order has shipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Carrier delays: If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, contact us and we'll help investigate.
  • Marked "Delivered" but not received: Please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If you still can't locate the package, contact the carrier to file a claim and email us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Items

We pack orders carefully, especially games, collectibles, and TCGs. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos of the item(s), packaging (inside and outside), and shipping label

We'll work with you on the best resolution.


Return-to-Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or
  • Issue a refund minus shipping costs (if applicable)
