Controller & Console Repair Service — Diagnostic Deposit

This $1.00 deposit per device reserves your spot in our repair queue and is fully credited toward your final invoice. No surprises, no work begins until you've approved the total cost.
Pricing:
- Controllers — $25.00 base labor per controller (all brands and generations)
- Consoles — $50.00 base labor per console (all brands and generations)
- If replacement parts are needed, parts will be charged at retail price and confirmed with you before any work begins
- Return shipping (if applicable) will be quoted at actual cost and added to your final invoice
- Your $1.00 deposit per device is deducted from your final invoice total

How It Works:
- Order this deposit — set quantity to match the number of devices being submitted (e.g., quantity 2 = 2 devices at $1.00 each).
- Drop off locally in Cumming, GA or ship your device(s) to us — pack securely and ship at your expense. You'll receive our mailing address in your order confirmation email.
- Include your order info — place a printed or handwritten slip inside the package with your order number, name, and number of devices.
- We diagnose your device(s) — if parts are needed, we'll contact you with the exact cost before proceeding. No work begins without your approval.
- You receive a final invoice — covering remaining labor balance + parts (if any) + return shipping (if applicable), minus your $1.00 deposit per device.
- Once the invoice is paid, we complete the repair and return your device(s).
Turnaround Time: 3–5 business days after receipt. May be longer if parts need to be ordered.
Important Notes:
- Devices are shipped to us at the customer's expense and risk. We recommend insured shipping for valuable hardware.
- Some damage may be beyond repair — if that's the case, we'll let you know before any charges beyond the deposit are applied.
- Always include your order number inside the package — shipments without order info may be delayed.
- International customers (including Canada): Any customs duties or fees assessed on the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
