When Billy Peltzer is given a small creature called a Mogwai by his father, he has no idea of the carnage about to unfold. Looking after Gizmo comes with strict rules — keep him away from bright light, never get him wet, and never, ever feed him after midnight. When an accident happens and Gizmo meets water, the next evolution of the Mogwai emerges — and it isn't nice at all.
