How It Works

1. Order this service — set quantity to match the number of carts you're sending in (e.g., quantity 3 = 3 carts at $14.99 each)
2. Ship your carts to us — pack securely and ship at your expense. You'll receive our mailing address in your order confirmation email.
3. Include your order info — place a printed or handwritten slip inside the package with your order number, name, and number of carts so we can match your shipment to your order.
4. We back up, replace, and restore — we'll attempt to save your game data before swapping the battery and restore it afterward where possible. Turnaround is 3–5 business days after receipt.
5. We ship them back — return shipping is included in the service price.

Pricing

• $14.99 per cartridge — covers labor, battery, save backup attempt, and return shipping
